• Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and application.
• Eduglobal reserves the right to deny access if eligibility requirements are not met.

• Program listings from partner universities and institutions.
• Application management and enrollment support.
• Online learning platform access (live classes, recorded lectures, study materials).
• Blockchain-verified certificates upon successful completion.

• Ensure all information submitted (academic, personal, financial) is accurate.
• Comply with the academic requirements of the partner institution.
• Use DUEK. International's platform for lawful purposes only.
• Respect intellectual property rights of DUEK. International and partner institutions.

• Provide accurate program details, admission requirements, and accreditation status.
• Deliver academic content and evaluate student performance fairly.
• Issue certifications for successful candidates, to be verified via blockchain.
• Ensure compliance with applicable educational and legal regulations.

• Tuition and fees are determined by the partner institution and displayed on course pages.
• Payments are processed securely through DUEK. International's authorized payment providers.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the program's refund policy.

• Certificates are issued by the partner institution and recorded on the blockchain for verification.
• DUEK. International does not guarantee recognition of certificates by all employers, institutions, or jurisdictions. Recognition is subject to external policies and standards.

• All content on the DUEK. International platform (logos, text, design, software) is owned by DUEK. International or licensed to us.
• Course materials remain the intellectual property of the partner institution.
• Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

• DUEK. International acts as a facilitator between students and institutions.
• We are not responsible for academic decisions, grading, or admissions made by partner institutions.
• DUEK. International is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

DUEK. International may suspend or terminate access to the platform if:

• A user provides false or misleading information.
• There is misuse of the platform or violation of these Terms.
• Required fees are unpaid.
